Our Team
Mathew Burdon
Matthew initially qualified as a Solicitor in 2005 and following a decade of experience in a multi-specialist law practice he was made a Partner and Head of Department at one of South Yorkshire’s oldest firms. He was called to the Bar by the Honourable Society of Gray’s Inn in 2016. Matthew enjoys a mixed common law practice, with a mix of crime, civil and regulatory law.
Dr Ibrahim Hussain
Having graduated in 2003 from the University of Sheffield School of clinical Dentistry, Dr Hussain has gone on to complete a Masters in Implantology also from Sheffield, a Masters in medical-legal law from Cardiff University and he is also a member by examination of the Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh and The Royal College of Surgeons England.
Dr Hussain is also a registered expert legal witness being certified from the University of Cardiff.
He has vast experience in teaching implantology, both surgical and restorative components, and has been carrying out these treatments on a daily basis for over 15 years.
Dr Hussain was also the clinical tutor for the UK’s first masters degree in Non-Surgical Facial Aesthetics in its inaugural year with the University of Central Lancashire.
He has published original research in the field of bone grafting and has presented his research and surgical techniques internationally.
Zawah Shah
Zawar Shah was called to the Bar in 1998, qualified as a solicitor in 2002 and shortly afterwards obtained his higher rights of audience. He spent over 16 years working and consulting at leading law firms in London. Whilst in London he sat on various Law Society committees and was a committee member for the Society of Asian Lawyers.
He now works as a solicitor advocate for one of the region’s largest law firms with offices in multiple cities. He also sits in a judicial capacity as a member of the Valuation Tribunal of England and Wales and mentors law students at the University of Derby.
His clients have described him as having “an excellent manner and communication skills” and being “very attentive and over delivering in everything”. He brings a wealth of experience to the team with client care at the forefront of everything he does.
